1 kg carrots grated
1 – 2 celery sticks
½ onion
3 – 4 cloves of garlic crushed
Handful coriander~
1.5 litres vegetable or chicken1oz butter1 tbs Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2 – 3 tbs plain yogurt
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp tumeric powder
