8 Sausages
1 Onion
1 Pepper
1 heaped tsp mild chilli powder,
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika,
1/4 tsp turmeric,
1 heaped tsp curry paste,
2 crushed and chopped cloves of garlic,
grated pepper,
a pinch of salt,
1 chicken oxo cube
a dash of Worcester sauce
1 tin of mixed beans
1 carton Pasatta
2-3 oz grated cheddar
Grill sausages
Chop onions & peppers and fry in sauté pan until soft with olive oil and a dash of vegetable oil.
Add 1 heaped tsp mild chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 heaped tsp curry paste, 2 crushed and chopped cloves of garlic, grated pepper, a pinch of salt, 1 chicken oxo cube and a dash of Worcester sauce.
Fry gently for 5-10 minutes slowly adding the tomatoes after 5 mins
Transfer to a large non-stick saucepan, slice and add sausages, mixed beans and about 2-3 oz grated cheddar (and extra boiling water if necessary). Simmer for 20-30 minutes and it’s ready to serve!
